- Lake Park Baptist has been accredited by the Florida Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (FACCS) since 1977.
- Our graduating eighth graders enjoy widespread acceptance into area magnet high schools.
- An advanced curriculum that emphasizes student academic and spiritual growth. Students who are strong in mathematics are encouraged to take Algebra I Honors and Geometry Honors for high school credit.
- Small classes and a 9:1 student to faculty ratio.
- The National Junior Honor Society is available for seventh and eighth graders who meet eligibility requirements.
- At the middle school level, students are engaged in vocal choir class and sing at weekly chapels. Younger students participate in holiday-themed musical productions throughout the school year.
- Fifth-grade students serve as school safety patrols. In return for their service, patrols take an end of the year road trip.
- Students complete several educational field trips during the school year to enrich the instruction they receive in class.
Sports and Clubs
- Many sports programs: basketball, volleyball, flag football, soccer, & hockey.
- LPBS participates in the Physical Fitness Programs throughout the year.
- Students in all grades participate in physical education classes throughout the week.
- Elementary students have the opportunity to showcase their physical fitness during the annual Field Day.
- All students are invited to participate in Lake Park Baptist’s Running Club. The Running Club encourages physical fitness and well-being through cardiovascular exercise before school weekly.
- LPBS has an annual Jog-a-Thon where students have the opportunity to support their school while focusing on their own physical fitness.
- Students receive training in internet safety and how to protect their digital footprint.
- Middle school students participate in writing, producing, and editing their own short movie.
